In this talk, Judith Katz gives a short overview of the parts of our happiness, and shares a few tips, showing how to be happier. Judith is an entrepreneur, counselor and lecturer in the Happiness research, Positive Psychology and Practical Research-Based Psychology areas. She started her path in the biological psychology field, later putting herself as a goal to give access to people to conclusions from practical, academic research, and make it possible for them to implement those in order to live a better life.
