(chopped) Red chillies 2 nos. (whole) Spice mix 2 tbsp Asafoetida 2 tsp Turmeric ½ tsp Spicy red chilli powder 1 tbsp Kashmiri red chilli powder 1 tsp Hot water 200 ml Tomatoes 2 nos. (chopped) Salt to taste Potatoes 5-6 (boiled) Jaggery 1 tbsp Dry mango powder 1 tsp Garam masala 1 pinch Black salt 1 pinch Green chillies 2-3 nos. (slit) Boiling water 1-1.5 litres approx.
