The Tour Du Mont Blanc runs for 105 miles around the Mont Blanc Massif, passing through France, Italy and Switzerland. It is traditionally started and finished in Les Houches, with most walkers taking an average of 11 days to complete the circuit. After a rocky few months managing numerous mental health difficulties, Abbie heads out in July to take on the wild camping in 9 days. Their hope was that the mountains would provide them with some space and a sense of purpose. Little did they know, the adventure that lay before them would change their life and open their eyes to what it really means to be ALIVE.
