In a clean bowl, add all ingredients except butter one by one and mix. Once the dough has come together, transfer it to a workbench and add butter. Being kneading the dough until it is smooth and soft. (About 10-13 minutes) 2. Cover the top and let rest for 30 minutes at room temperature. 3. After 30 minutes, divide the dough into 8 pieces. Shape it into water drop shape and wait for 10 minutes. 4. After 10 minutes, use a rolling pin to stretch the dough into long triangle. Put salted butter for filling and roll it up. 5. Let it ferment for about 40-50 minutes in a warm place. 6. Before baking, spray water on the surface of the dough and then place salt horizontally on top. Then, bake in an oven preheated to 230°C for 10 minutes - lower the temperature to 210°C and bake for an additional 3-5 minutes. 7.
