A certified public accountant, accredited immigration attorney, labor and industrial relations attorney, litigator, negotiator, he has likewise considerable experience in real estate both in Condominium and Subdivision Development. He graduated from the U.P. College of Law in 1989. Also, he holds degrees in Bachelor of Science in Business Administration major in Accounting from the University of the East (Dean’s listers with Cum Laude average), a Diploma in Industrial Relations and a Master in Industrial Relations (Consistent Academic Scholar) both from the University of the Philippines in Diliman, Quezon City. Graduated from elementary and high school with top honors; Ph.D. (completed all academic units with Magna Cum Laude average) in Urban and Land Use Planning at U.P. Diliman, Quezon City where he was a consistent university scholar. Director, Rotary Club of Batasan Hills and President-Elect for 2009-2010 and Partner in the accounting and audit firm of Navarro-Mendoza Mendoza-Lampa Mendoza and Co. CPAs. Presently, he is handling major cases in the billion-peso category and legal consultant to various prominent individuals. He is the Managing Partner of the Firm.
