The drink is tart, with a whopping 2 oz of lime juice and a mysterious teaspoon of lemon juice. Compound that with a heavy dose of tangy passion fruit juice and the tartness has nowhere to hide. But, that's why I like it. It's different. It's sweet, tangy, and rummy. The flavors are not overly complex and the additional rum float allows you to dial in the Demerara Dry Float to your preference.
