A curry/rasam by using jackseeds is shown in today's video. Jackseeds, grated coconut, are main ingredients. Spices required for masala are dhania & red chillies. Jeera seeds and hing are added to prevent gastric problem from jackseeds. Finally we need to add tempering as usual. Adding jackseed pieces to the curry is optional, but it enhances the taste.
