[SCP Theme] Death comes for All - Memento Mori

Welcome back everyone, This time, the song is inspired by the SCP-001 proposal: memento mori. It is quite an interesting read centred around the inevitability of death, so check it out if you enjoy those kinds of stories. I've had some setbacks composing this song and making the video. For one, I got sick, so the video had to be delayed by a few weeks. The bigger issue though was that there were also some IRL responsibilities, for example my studies at the University; I really hoped that I could compose a bit more during my break, but alas I sadly couldn't. There were also some issues composing this song; for a long time I couldn't quite decide on the drum pattern for this song: having a complex drum pattern took away from the melodic progression, but not having any drums in some sections took away the Intensity. In the end, I went with a more calm orchestral instrument composition combined with a more or less minimalistic drum pattern. I feel that this captures the idea that I wanted to convey the best.
