Hey guys! Some of you have been asking me what happened to my glasses since I have high myopia! I actually use contact lenses occasionally in place of glasses, for both aesthetic and vision corrective purposes. My contact lenses are the RGP (Rigid Gas Permeable) from Menicon Z, which is a lens brand from Japan meant for people with high levels of myopia and astigmatism. I have been using it for 10 years, since 2011, and the lenses have helped to control the increasing eye levels for many years, to my relief.
