In that case, there is only one solution: change the environment. It might be leaving your city, changing countries completely, letting go of friends or changing career... Sometimes your Dream Self needs a change. Yes, it can be scary, but moving abroad to fulfil your vision does not have to be hard! And, as much as it can be difficult to accept, it is okay to decide that your hometown can not fulfil you or make you happy.
