Today we talk about the dilemma that a lot of us from the younger generations are facing in our lives: choosing a life that fulfils you, but does not necessarily pays well, or choosing a big check over fulfilment and happiness at work. As a lot of the most fulfilling careers are not the most popular and well-paid ones, it does feel like nowadays, it is a choice you have to make. As Gen-z's and Millennials are entering the workforce, it can often seem like we have to make a sacrifice, one way or another. Sacrifice financial security or sacrifice mental health. Is there a world where we do not need to make such a sacrifice? Is there a way for us to create a life that works for us on both front, fulfilment and financial security? I do believe we can create the Life of our dream from scratch, but this takes time, energy and... money (ironically enough). We also talk about the concept of "Dream Job". Why, so often, our dream job is not aligned with our financial goals but most importantly why we need to get rid go the whole thing for our well-being! (Let's stop dreaming of labour, shall we?)
