Join me for a complete upper body resistance band workout to tone the arms, shoulders and upper back. It'll work your core too as you have to resist the movements by stabilising your body whilst standing- great for the core as well as super toned arms. A little warning that this one will make your muscles burn, in a lovely way of course. Suitable for all ages and levels, just adjust the band to make it easier or tougher depending on what feels right for you.
