Somlor Koko សម្លកកូរ is a traditional Cambodian vegetable soup that's so hearty. When you eat it, you feel healthy. It's packed with pounded herbs and chunks of veggies. It's distinct flavor comes from toasted rice powder, producing an earthy, nutty, and savory soup. This is a wholesome soup that I've grown to enjoy. Perfect for when the weather gets cooler and you need a fill of vegetables.
