What Was Changed: Empty Spaces: The phone call from "Young Lust" now begins Empty Spaces instead of ending "Young Lust" What Shall We Do Now: An alternate version of "Empty Spaces", this was the original version and also intended to be on the original album, but was dropped from it as a last-minute decision in favour of the short version of Empty Spaces. Young Lust: Unchanged, but with screams added and the phone call has been moved to "Empty Spaces". When the film adaptation of The Wall was made, James Guthrie (Sound/Music director) had to remix many of the songs from the album and some had to even be rerecorded (In The Flesh, Mother, etc) Fans treat this as a brand new version of the album and most have recorded a "Soundtrack" using the DVD.
