Hello everyone, It is the great day, we are going to try and kick the wall, I mean kick up ;) If this does not work straight away Lo, behold! Take a breather, put disappontment up on a shelf, we don't need the disappointment just yet :) If this does not work straight away, do this class again tomorrow or even better, take one day off and THEN do this class again. If it still does not work, then be a detective not a judge: find out WHY it might not work. Go back to day 22, and do the last few sessions again, pay laser attention to your technique. I know you want to get this straight away, but do bear in mind that everybody is different and you have to do this at YOUR speed.
