So you think that pills are bad?

Are pills good or do you think they suck? Pills are a cruical Isaac Afterbirth+ mechanic that have a lot of inherent variance, but there is a way to minimize the damage that pills can do. With the addition of Afterbirth+ we got a whole new batch of fresh pills that can really affect the run. This video compares different pills between each other and categorizes them in good, bad or meh categories where each category represents how effective that pill is. Looking at the overall picture, it's better to take pills than not to take them because they bring more positive value than negative one. We also learn how to take an unknown / unidentified pill and use it in a situation that will benefit us.
