He confides in Dean who supports him and tells him to do what he believes is right. Sam's worries came into play when another werewolf attacks Clora due to wanting to mate with her and tries to feed her a heart. Earlier Sam and Dean had attacked the wolf when they first encountered Clora visiting the cemetery for her grandfather and mother. This triggers a transformation as she is a werewolf hybrid. Half human and half wolf, Sam ends up coming to her rescue and kills the other wolf. Dean uses a temporay cure when Clora is hurt. Sam takes care of her and when she wakes up, she says she understands now why he had to do it. the two make up and hug tearfully.
