This house is unapologetically unique with it's form and intends to capture the intrigue of the passers by just like the client wanted it to.The scale of this luxury house stays hidden to an onlooker from the outside as it looks much smaller than it actually is but at the same time it is designed in a way that creates a curiosity to see it's actual scale. The site is highly contoured and starts off at a level 3m below road level and is sloping downwards as you go backwards. This luxury house was designed making use of these site contours thereby creating an interesting play of levels. The house looks like a 2-floored house from the front but is actually a 3-floored house when viewed from the private rear courtyard. Apart from the multiple living, dining, kitchen and study spaces it accommodates 5 bedrooms and a home theater room along with a family pool space in the rear courtyard.
