This videos demonstrates a perfect daily exercise programme to help with lower back pain and / or stiffness. It can used to help reduce an episode of back pain or to help prevent an episode by improving your spinal flexibility, power and resilience. When you first start these exercises, you might experience a temporary increase in back pain while your spinal joints and muscles are getting used to these new activities. This will usually settle down within a week or 2 but you might need to go easy with them over this time. When the pain starts improving, you can then start slowly increasing the intensity and number of repetitions of each exercise.
