As someone who’s been combing strength & endurance training I’ve been wanting to make a hybrid / hyrox-specific mobility flow for a while now. Keep your foundation in check and watch your performance skyrocket. 🚀 Heads up: mobility in hyrox (as with any specific discipline) is not about maximising range of motion (ROM) in general but solidifying and focusing on the ROM we actually need specifically to master these disciplines.
