#PandaStory Day 115: This is a very lengthy , but this was such a remarkable play bout between 115 day old Giant Panda cub Xiao Qi Ji and his mother Mei Xiang, both because of when it happened and how long it lasted. Around 9:15am Mei Xiang came back to the den after having her breakfast ~ in the past Qi Ji and she have rested together, but not this morning. Also the duration was nearly 50 minutes from when she arrived to when she left. The only way to really show his tenacity, and her restraint was by showing just how long he nibbled on her ears, and batted at her face. And he played with the den's safety bars, until Mei put a stop to that. And he wanted to go by her, but she wasn't keen on that either. Around the 20 minute mark, they had a face off, and look at him swat at his mother's nose! Poor Mei Xiang, she will have her paws full with this single-minded cub!
