イタレリ ハーレーダビッドソンを作るBuild The Italeri Harley Davidson Bobber Captain America #harleydavidson #captainamerica #ハーレーダビッドソン イタレリ 1/9 ハーレーダビッドソン WLA 3台目のオートバイ模型はビンテージハーレーです。 容易に入手出来るフラットヘッドのハーレーはイタレリの軍用WLAです。 フラットヘッドをWLAで発売するのはナイスで、WWW IIが1939から45年、WLが37年から52年なので時期的もWLAは合っています。 右半分がオイルタンクでそこからオイルラインがエンジンに降りてくるというメカメカしい感じと銅管を使うというビンテージ感、民間のWLをWLAに変更するのは大変ですが、その逆は簡単で、マグネトーでバッテリーレスのボバーにも変更可能ですし、模型的に大変魅力的です。 ちなみに陸王は1200ccのVLでしたか？ フラットヘッドと言ば、終戦後民間に払い下げられたWLAをレース用にカスタムしたボバースタイルのハーレーの印象が強いです。 この当時の映画に、マーロンブランド主演のThe Wild Oneという映画があって、バイクはトライアンフですが、Youtube で見ること出来ますのでご興味ありましたら、どうぞ。 それと、アメコミのキャプテンアメリカが乗るWLAです。 今回は、キャプテンアメリカのカラーリングで民間に払下げられたWLAベースのボバーを作りたいと思います。 実は、このカラーリングでマグネトーのボバーは実在します。 多分、WLベースだと思いますが、ネットで見つけた時は頭がクラクラしました。 Amazonでも買える模型ですので、製作過程は少し詳しく編集しました。一つでもご参考になれば幸いです。 エンジン関係 WLAオリジナルの資料は豊富です。 資料を元にホース、ワイヤー類、ボルト類、キャブレターなどをディテールアップしました。 オイルラインは内径0.6mmの真鍮パイプに置き換えました。 エアフィルターはいかにも軍用ですので、撤去してメッシュにしました。 キックは自転車のペダルタイプに変更して、ゼンマイを銅板に変えました。 ホイール スポークは 0.5mmのステンレスバネ線を使いました。 ニップルは内径0.6ミリの真鍮パイプです。 フロントフォーク スプリンガーです。ビンテージハーレーやチョッパーでよく見かけます。 初期のパンヘッドで終了。ソフトテイルで一時復活しましたが、ABS義務化とエンジンのパワーアップに対応出来ずに生産は終わりました。 ライト、クラクション類は省いて、ゼッケン取付ました。 フェンダー WLAのリアフェンダーは分割式なので、半分のみ利用しました。 実車でもそんな感じです。 前は短くしています。当時の資料ですと、ボバーはWLAのフロントフェンダーを短くしたものが多く、ただ切り落としただけ感と、いびつな感じになっていますので、そんな感じにしました。 ブレーキやクラッチ関係 ボルトの追加、シャフト関係は全て洋白線、真鍮線などに交換しました。 塗装 キャプテンアメリカのカラーリングで、タンク、フェンダー、工具入れ、ポイントケースは赤、白、青で塗り分けて、タンクの星はネイルシールです。 展示台 ビンテージハーレーの展示台です。 Coppi Motorcycle & Garage Company という架空のショップ兼整備工場です。 ヘルメット エポキシパテで作りました、ビンテージヘルメットです。 部品はバリ、ヒケが多いですが、手間をかけると見応え有りますので、是非、入手可能な時に買っておいて損はないキットだと思います。 次回も是非お会いしましょう！ ありがとうございます。 Index 0:40 Engine 7:46 Ignition Çircuit breaker 8:56 Carburetor 13:15 Clutch cover 15:02 Frame 18:05 Springer & Handlebar 21:34 Pillion seat & Tool box 26:38 Petrol tank 30:12 Oil pipe 31:16 Wheel（スポーク張り） 34:31 Chain & Muffler 36:52 Brake,Cluch,Kick start 43:36 Display Stage 45:46 Vintage Helmet 47:05 Complete Photo Italeri 1/9 Harley Davidson WLA The third motorcycle model is a vintage Harley. The flathead Harley that's readily available is Italeri's WLA. Nice to see Flat-head released on WLA. The WLA fits nicely with the WWW II from 1939-1945 and the original WL from 1937-1952. The right half is the oil tank, and the oil line goes down from there to the engine, giving it a mechanical feel and a vintage feel using copper pipes. It can be changed to a battery-less bobber, and it is also attractive as a model. Speaking of flat-head, I have a strong impression of a bobber style Harley that was sold to the private sector after the war and was customized for racing. Engine WLA original materials are abundant and easy to understand. Based on abundant materials, details of hoses, wires, bolts, carburetors, etc. have been improved. The oil line was replaced with a brass pipe with an inner diameter of 0.6mm. The air filter is really military, so I removed it and made it mesh. The kick has been changed to a bicycle pedal type, and the mainspring has been changed to a copper plate. wheel Spokes are 0.5mm stainless steel spring wire. The nipple is a brass pipe with an inner diameter of 0.6mm. Check that all the spokes are the same length and that there is no distortion of the rim at key points before gluing the spokes. Front fork Springer. Often seen on vintage Harleys and choppers. Ends with an early panhead. Although it was temporarily revived with a soft tail, production ended without being able to respond to the mandatory ABS and the power-up of the engine. I omitted the lights and horns and attached the number plate. Fender WLA's rear fender is a split type, so I used only half. According to the materials at that time, many of the bobbers were shortened WLA front fenders, and it felt like they were just cut off and distorted, so I made it that way.
