The outdoors aren't always the most wheelchair friendly and for years I really hated camping because we used a tent and I didn't have access to running water. I still went because my family really liked it and it was a sacrifice I was willing to make to spend time with them. Over the last 10 years we've worked hard to make camping more comfortable for me and now it's one of my favorite things to do in the summer. I guess technically my set up would be considered glamping but it still makes me feel like I get my nature fix even though I have comforts like running water and a lift!
