Here's the full hockey conditioning workout: 1. 8 x 4 split squat jumps (2 per side) – 25secs rest 2. 10 x 15yd back pedal sprints (back pedal 5yds to start line then sprint to 10yd line) – 25secs rest 3. 8 x 4 Standing broad jumps – 15 secs rest (Jump, land and stabilize, Jump, land and stabilize, Jump, land and stabilize, Jump, land and stabilize = 1 round. 15secs rest in between rounds) - CORE CIRCUIT [3 Rounds] -- Run through the circuit without rest between exercises, rest for 2 minutes at the end of the circuit, and repeat 3 times.
