"After discovering GASP on youtube, Johnnie and Branch were the inspiration to how I train." Johnnie Jackson is revving up the competitive engine again for a powerlifting meet coming up in October hence the addition of the bench press and floor presses to this training session. Keone is bigger than ever heading into his second run at the Chicago pro and another Olympia qualification.
