This walking tour was filmed on Saturday the 22nd of April 2022. It starts from the seacoast then we will head to the city center. The weather was very nice this day. You can feel spring approaching during this walk. We will end our tour in the city center at the shopping center Salling's rooftop where you can have a very nice panoramic view of Aarhus. Aarhus is the largest city in Jutland, Central Denmark Region. Aarhus Municipality defines the greater Aarhus area as itself and eight adjacent municipalities totalling 952,824 inhabitants (as of 1 January 2021) which is roughly analogous to the municipal and commercial collaboration Business Region Aarhus. The city proper, with an estimated population of 285,273 inhabitants (as of 2022), ranks as the 2nd-largest city in Denmark. The name originates from the city's location at the mouth of Aarhus Å (Aarhus River). It is a compound of the two words ár, genitive of á ("river", Modern Danish å), and oss ("mouth", in Modern Icelandic this word, spelt ós, is still used for "river delta").
