Let's make it zero waste! In this episode all about chickpeas, I use one pound of chickpeas and try to make the most chickpea recipes. We're talking about: - the two types of soy-free tofu you can make from chickpeas (Burmese Tofu and High Protein Chickpea Tofu), - how to make flour out of leftover chickpea pulp from making chickpea milk, - what happens when you add water to chickpea fiber, - noodles made from chickpeas, and - vegan keto/low carb bread made from chickpeas!
