Climbing Injury: How I Overcame PIP Synovitis and Tenosynovitis

I had PIP synovitis and tenosynovitis from August 2021 to October/November 2021. It was a bad injury that affected my training and overall satisfaction with climbing. I decided to ultimately tone down a lot of my climbing for 1 month as a recovery period and logged everything I did to see what helped and what did not help. I summarize everything that I learned in this video.
