Welcome to another cooking 101 where we’re going to make my cast iron homemade lasagna recipe. 😉😋 Homemade Lasagna Recipe Beef Ingredients: • 3 to 4 lbs ground beef • 2 tablespoons minced onion • 2 tablespoons Italian seasoning • 1 tablespoon Garlic powder • 1 tablespoon garlic • Two jars of spaghetti sauce • One can of crushed tomatoes • One can of tomato paste Cheese Ingredients: • 2 cups of Italian shredded cheese mix • One block of soften cream cheese • 1 tablespoon of oregano • Two large eggs • 1/2 tablespoon of garlic salt • 1/2 tablespoon of white pepper • 2 cups of ricotta cheese Additional ingredients: • Two boxes of ready-made lasagna noodles or lasagna. You have to cook ahead of time. • Shredded cheddar cheese Directions: Combine beef and spices and cook until the beef is almost done and add spaghetti sauce, crushed tomatoes, and tomato paste. Stir together and set aside then combine all of your cheese mixture together. Now to layer your lasagna Layering: Put a thin layer of sauce on the bottom of the pan.Then a layer of noodles, followed by half of your meat mixture, a little bit of shredded cheese. Then another layer of noodles, next the ricotta cheese mixture, and another layer of noodles. The other half of your meat then noodles and more meat and top with shredded Italian cheese mix Bake at 375 for 45 minutes Please subscribe and like our page.
