Mora Boutique Hotel is Top Rated on TripAdvisor. The hotel is located in downtown Chiang Rai and is very close to the clock tower and Wat Phra Kaew (Emerald Buddha Temple). It is clean, well maintained, the staff is helpful and excited to welcome guests, and the breakfast was yummy.
