With a long sweeping beach, a victorian pier, and majestic views of the town from the Great Orme (accessibly by cable car) this is a place we needed to visit and check out. When you visit Llandudno for the first time you'll be struck by the views from the beach as well as the size of it. The beach here is huge, and a walk along the whole seafront can take a while due to the distance, but along it there are beautiful hotels, guesthouses and B&B's waiting to welcome holidaymakers and visitors. The pier is worth a walk. It takes you from the seafront and north short beach, past the old Grand Hotel and out to see and the pier end bar! Back on dry land and there are holiday open top buses that whizz you from Llandudno beach around to some of the other visitor attractions and tourist destinations. In the town you'll find more gueshouses and B&B's as well as shops, cafes, bars and restaurants where you can eat and drink to your hearts content!
