Akkammakkas restaurant is popular as one of the oldest restaurant's in Mangalore. ഇപ്രാവശ്യത്തെ യാത്രയിൽ മംഗലാപുരത്തെ പഴയകാല ഹോട്ടലുകളിൽ ഒന്നായ അക്കമാക്ക ഹോട്ടലിൽ മാർട്ടിന്റെ ഒപ്പം പോയി. ഒരു പഴയ വീടിന്റെ ചായ്പ് പോലെ തോന്നിക്കും ഈ ഹോട്ടൽ. ഒരു വീട് തന്നെ ആണ് അക്കമക്ക ഹോട്ടൽ. ഇവിടെ ഞങ്ങൾ മീൻ പൊരിച്ചത് കൂട്ടി ഒരു നാടൻ മംഗലാപുരം ഊണ് രുചിച്ചു. അടുത്ത ദിവസം പോയത് നമ്മുടെ കൂട്ടുകാർ പറഞ്ഞ മറ്റൊരു ഹോട്ടലിലേക്കാണ്, ജനത ലഞ്ച് ഹോം. ഇവിടെ പല തരം മീൻ വിഭവങ്ങൾ കൂട്ടി, എനിക്ക് കരി വേപ്പില കൂട്ടി പൊരിച്ച പ്രോൺസും അയക്കൂറ തവയിൽ പൊരിച്ചതും ഒത്തിരി ഇഷ്ടപ്പെട്ടു.
