My Menopause Self-Care Favourites

Hello you beautiful people, A very warm welcome to my channel! This week I’ve got something a bit different for you. Most of my lovely followers are women of a ‘certain age’ which means we have a great deal in common right now. With that in mind, I thought you might like to hear about the self-care products I love, and which I am finding really helpful as I go through my menopause. There is nothing medical here - they are all simply products that make me feel better about myself. I know that self-care goes way deeper than something that smells nice or makes your hair shine but I believe these things serve a very important function. I also know that some of the products I’ve mentioned are expensive and I acknowledge that I am very privileged to be able to buy them -but I hope I have also recommended some products that are very affordable too.
