Hey guys ! In this video, I prepared tabata for your core SPINE workout 8 rounds of 20 seconds work / 10 seconds rest. Drills are more focus on steength of the back muscles which is very important for ice hockey players. This training session you can do at home without fancy equipment. If you want to improve just do it ! I recommend practicing to repeat 3x and at least twice a week at home, but ideally every day if you can.
