Jiro and Izuku were close before he left for America they both had romantic feelings for each other but were too young to date. Izuku looked like kid Hashirama the last time they saw him. This takes place while they are in Year 2 at UA. I already explained that they were reacting to someone. Also Madara is the #1 Villain of the world.
