It has a show quality appearance and the upgrades that make it a reliable and comfortable driver. EXTERIOR: It looks like a show truck! It's all metal body and fenders are absolutely straight. I don't see any rust or damage; everything fits very nicely. You can close the door with your pinky. It is repainted a sharp looking copper metallic color. It's all laid out evenly and the clear coat is polished smooth and glossy. It looks like it's wet. All the exterior chrome looks new. All new glass, weather strips and seals. It has a great stance; the wheels are wider in back. Those sparkling rims are 18 inch chrome Boss wheels with performance Yokohama tires. INTERIOR: It looks very fresh inside the truck. All the metal was painted gloss metallic silver. Down on the floor is fresh square loop carpet with matching mats. Very comfortable contoured bucket seats and it has 3-point retractable shoulder belts. There's a tilt column and a nice set of modern gauges. The air conditioning controls and vents are neatly added below the dash. It has new armrests, window cranks and handles. Above a new original style headliner. ENGINE COMPARTMENT: It's upgraded with a Vortec LS 5.3L V8 engine with 706 aluminum heads. It's just like it came from the factory: all stock manifolds, fuel injection, power steering, alternator, serpentine belt system etc. It does have a custom polished air intake tube. Modern heat and air conditioning system. Upgraded with an aluminum radiator and a big electric fan. GM power brake system. The engine bay is painted body color. It's a very clean installation. TRUNK COMPARTMENT: Inside the box the metal is laser straight and painted just as slick as the exterior. The wood floorboards were replaced. All the hardware is stainless steel. The fuel filler was relocated to the floor of the bed and it's flush mounted. UNDERSIDE: The body was removed from the chassis, everything was rebuilt or upgraded. An independent suspension front clip was installed, in back is a four link system. It has disc brakes in front, drum in back. Nice sounding dual exhaust with stainless steel mufflers. It also has a stainless steel custom fuel tank. Looking up at the motor it has an aluminum oil pan and a high torque starter. Upgraded with a 4L60E overdrive automatic trans. Rebuilt drive shaft and a 10 bolt rear end. The chassis is painted gray, the floors are rust free metal painted black. SERVICE: We inspected this truck and it passed with flying colors. This is a very well built show and go truck. It's clean, tasteful build that will satisfy most people. I, Jay Grams, take pride in personally writing the descriptions for virtually every car for about the last 30 years now. A significant amount of effort goes into fact checking. What I am offering is my professional impression of the vehicle. Our salesmen are happy to assist with descriptions and making sure your questions are answered. One great suggestion is letting us do a walk around video that explains the car's condition in detail. **These cars are displayed in a museum. If interested in a particular car, make an appointment with a salesman to see that car. Without an appointment there is an admission fee to enter the showroom. If you buy a car, your admission will be refunded, and you will be given a 1 year membership. Visit our website to see over 300 vehicles for sale! http://www.volocars.com Also check out our...
