I used 8 pound dumbbells and 10 pound dumbbells today. I made sure to include lots of exercises for us to go through in this workout and I need you to push hard through 2 rounds of 40 seconds of work! We are only resting for 10 seconds between rounds of work and 30 seconds between rounds and we have 16 exercises to complete together! Are you ready?! Let's get to work!
