Pizza Toast Ingredients: * 2 beef tomatoes * 250 ml passata * 250 g (2 balls mozzarella) cut into thin slices * 50 g parmesan * 1 bunch fresh basil, removed from stem * 4 large slices of sourdough * 1 clove of garlic * 1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil * Salt & Pepper Instructions: 1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). 2. Heat a skillet or griddle over medium heat. Brush the bread slices generously with olive oil on both sides. Toast the bread in the skillet until both sides are golden brown. Make sure to rub the toasted bread with the garlic clove to infuse it with garlic flavor. 3. Set the toasted garlic bread aside. 4. Arrange the mozzarella cheese slices on top of the toasts. Top with the sliced tomatoes and season with a pinch of salt. Drizzle a bit of olive oil over the tomatoes. 5. Bake the pizza toasts in the preheated oven for 15 minutes. 6. Remove the toasts from the oven and top them with the tomato sauce and grated Parmesan cheese. Return to the oven for an additional 5 minutes. 7. Garnish the baked pizza toasts with fresh basil leaves before serving. Enjoy your delicious Pizza Toasts!
