It's like mostly things, you probably WONT need that extra thing, or the fancy doo dad that everyone said you did. But you might just need it! I'd rather wing it than have too much stuff. Here are a few examples: 6 ft phone cord... well yes, that's nice. But it's also nice to hang out with your baby soaking up those precious quiet hours before you're sent home. I'm skipping: Breastfeeding or After Care essentials? You'll need these after a few days, so check with your hospital and make sure they have these things to provide or if you are in the hospital for multiple days... you can always send someone home to go get these things! SNACKS: Something that you can eat without hands during labor, healthy snacks after labor and LMNT Electrolytes! No stress packing means pack like you're headed to the cabin for a few nights. Clothes: Pack a bra and/or labor gown to labor in. Comfy clothes (not yoga pants bc you'll be waddling out in a diaper) Shampoo and condition if you use something specific.
