Vietnam 1967 Chu-Lai AirBase

Time-Stamps Below: My parents showed me these photos taken by my Great-Uncle. They are now here for archival. From my findings, it is likely he was stationed at Chu-Lai AirBase during the Vietnam War. Few photos have hand-written dates on the backside. Earliest found was, "Chu-Lai, May4 1967" The first image (Painting) that proceeds Vietnam photos is actually a wooden cover for a photo book. I wonder if this was bought in one of the local shops. ------------------------------------------------------------ This project required many hours of processing old photos, as the following occurred: 1)All photos were taken on Kodak 35mm Slides. (except for around a dozen Polaroid Photos) 2) Many Kodak Slides had the image reversed. 3) Images were reversed back to original based on environmental cues (i.e, Google Maps, Land Masses, Dominant Hand, Watches, Lettering, Signs, Weapon Charging Handles) 4) Many slides were corrupted, very low quality coloration.
