Along with Sky Tower, the community will feature three residential towers, a 50,000-square-foot community centre operated by the City of Toronto, two office buildings and a 2.5-acre public park. The building known as the SkyTower will be Canada's tallest building at 105 storeys and 346 metres. It will be the first building in Canada to exceed 100 storeys. SkyTower will potentially be the tallest residential building in the world by floor count.  The building will be mostly hotel for its first 12 storeys, with residential condo suiltes starting above. There’s also direct access to the indoor PATH network connecting much of the downtown core. A mechanical damper system at the top provides a counter-weight system for the winds such that the entire structure will sway less than two feet. Those at the top will be able to gaze westward into the main observation deck of the CN Tower.
