As V1 approached the 204-mile marker, the operator of V1 began to drive recklessly in his attempt to evade police. This caused the camper trailer that V1 was towing to sway uncontrollably and made V1 run off the left side of the roadway. Once off the roadway, V1 traveled 207ft within the median damaging (15) cable barrier post. At final rest, V1 was facing west disabled within the median. The camper trailer that V1 was towing overturned onto its left side and came to a final rest facing west as well. The operator of V1 was apprehended with no further incident. He was then checked by EMS and transported to the county jail.
