(HD) Rush Hour at Limehouse 30/06/2015

Time - 15:30 to 18:25 A really hot long stay at Limehouse station on the LT&S line which is one stop out of Fenchurch Street. I did arrive an hour earlier at around 2:30pm but it didn't count as peak time until 3:30pm. The visit was a bit boring at first as it was a constant flow of c2c Class 357 Electrostars and nothing else (used to be more variety before privatisation) but as the traffic increased as it got later, I was surprised by how Fenchurch Street which has 4 platforms, could cope with such heavy peak demand. Since I'm used to seeing 4-car 357s and rarely 8-car 357s whenever I visit the LT&S line, I was amazed that 12-car 357s were used as well, I managed to see 5 sets of 12-car 357s when I visited Limehouse (they do not appear until a while into the video). I unfortunately got my shots of trains which were in front of the sun so I received the darker, more shaded side of trains, not the well-lit side. The down platform was getting too busy to film trains from so I decided to stay on the up platform to avoid the peak crowds. Service details are given for each train like in my other 'Rush Hour' videos to give an idea of how the frequency of trains from Fenchurch Street increases throughout the period. Includes the usual destinations such as London Fenchurch Street, Shoeburyness, Southend Central and Grays but peak-hour destinations such as Laindon, Leigh-on-Sea, Pitsea and Stanford-le-Hope are also included.
