東日本大震災から来月で10年になります。発災15日後の2011年3月26日に、津波被害の現地調査で釜石市から宮古市にかけて訪れた際の映像と現在の映像を比較しながらご覧いただきたいと思います。 第二回目は①大槌町中心部、②大槌町安渡地区、③大槌町赤浜地区の映像です。大槌町の中心部は津波直後の火災により更に被害が拡大しました。津波を耐えた鉄筋のビルも火災で黒焦げとなり、残された瓦礫からは潮の香りと焼け焦げたにおいが混ざりなんとも形容しがたいにおいがしました。現在の大槌町の街並みは震災当時を物語るものがほとんど無くなり、住宅地はかさ上げした土地に集団移転し、巨大な防潮堤防が建設されております。津波直後の映像が含まれますので閲覧にはご注意ください。 Next month marks the 10th anniversary of the Great East Japan Earthquake. The current townscape of Otsuchi Town has almost nothing to tell the story of the time of the earthquake, and residential areas have been collectively relocated to raised land, and a huge seawall has been built.
