Recut Party! Dermatopathology Random Case Review

We make glass slide recuts of our interesting cases for teaching study sets. In my former job, we would try to sit down once weekly to review these cases with our dermpath fellow and our students and residents. We called these random review sessions "Recut Party" because it is a fun way to teach and learn. During these sessions, we quiz ourselves by looking at each slide without knowing the clinical history. Sometimes we guess the diagnosis correctly, other times we don't. This is great diagnostic practice and a chance to discuss the histologic differential and workup.
