The Federal Trade Commission voted to ban nondisclosure clauses for all U.S. workers, which the FTC chair argues "keep wages low [and] suppress new ideas." In response, the U.S. Chamber of Commerce filed a lawsuit to block the regulation, claiming the ruling sets a dangerous precedent.
