#bishnupurtourism #bishnupur #wbtourism #bankuratourism On day 2, We roamed around Bishnupur to see the temples which we missed on Day 1. We started by visiting Dalmadal Kaman. The kaman was last fired on 1742. Since 1919 it was out to display by tourists. Beside Dalmadal Kaman, we visited Chinnamasta Temple. It was also an old temple. From there, we went on to visit Jor Temples at the Poramatir Hat ground. There are 3 Ekratna temples. Then we went on to visit Radhamadhab Temple, Kalachand Temple and Radhagobinda Temple. The premise of Radhamadhab Temple was well decorated and maintained. I liked the area. Even we found birds there. From there we visited Lalbandh, a large lake situated at Bishnupur. It is one among the 7 dams in Bishnupur. From Lalbandh, we visited Lalji Temple, Main fort gate, small fort gate. The at last we visited Madanmohan Tmeple. The terracotta works are phenomenal here. After this short tour, we came back at Kathuria. We took our breakfast and left Kathuria. After leaving Bishnupur, we went inside Joypur Forest to find the ancient british airstrip. We found that and spent a quality time there. The we came out of Joypur Forest and went to Banalata Resort to have lunch. After having lunch we roamed inside Banalata Resort and saw Emu birds. Then we went to Gokulchand Temple. This is one of the oldest temple at Joypur. Built using Laterite stones, the temple was very nice. Built by Malla dynasty. After visiting Gokulchand temple, we headed back home. It took around 4 hours to reach our home.
