#paanchpokhari #nepal We visited the beautiful Paanchpokhari once again, this time of Sindhupalchok during the festival of Janai Purnima. Thanks to our friend Phurpa, we were invited by Paanchpokhari Thangpal Rural Municipality, and its tourism and sports development wing. They have been organizing Paanchpokhari Half-Marathon every year during Janai Purnima and we were there to cover the third edition. And wow, what an experience! From Shamans clad in vibrant clothes to pilgrims flocking the religious site, from the lush green grasslands full of colorful wild flowers to the breathtaking view of the mountains in the morning, from the friendly locals to one of the tastiest mo:mos we ever had, this was truly an epic experience. Contrary to popular belief and because of the latest developments, it is now more easier than ever to reach Paanchpokhari.
