Lucia holds a Master’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering in Politecnico di Milano and an Executive Master in Technologies & Innovation Management in Bologna Business School. She started her professional experience in the Aerospace field and then moved to Home Appliances Business. After having covered different managerial positions in R&D organization, in 2011 Lucia accepted the challenge to implement the open innovation model in Electrolux Group: she defined and implemented the open innovation strategy of the company, creating new alliances with external partners, in industrial, academic and financial networks. Lucia holds a Master’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering in Politecnico di Milano and an Executive Master in Technologies & Innovation Management in Bologna Business School. She started her professional experience in the Aerospace field and then moved to Home Appliances Business. Now she is Open Innovation Director of Electrolux Group, with the responsibility to identify innovative business solutions in external non-traditional ecosystems. As recognition to her professional path, in 2013 she received the “Alumni Polimi Award” of Politecnico di Milano.
