Full written recipe of Cheese Chilli Bread Pakora Prep time: 10-15 minutes Cooking time: 10-15 minutes Serves: 6-8 people Ingredients: Batter GRAM FLOUR | बेसन 2 CUPS / 220 GRAMS BAKING SODA | बेकिंग सोडा 1/4 TSP SALT | नमक TO TASTE CAROM SEEDS | अजवाइन A PINCH (CRUSHED) WATER | पानी 1 CUP (ADDED GRADUALLY) HOT OIL | गरम तेल 1 TBSP Chutney FRESH CORIANDER | हरा धनिया 1 CUP MINT | पुदीना A HANDFUL GREEN CHILLI | हरी मिर्च 4 NOS. GARLIC | लहसुन 3-4 CLOVES CHAAT MASALA | चाट मसाला 1 TSP ICE CUBE | बर्फ 1 NO. SALT | नमक TO TASTE Filling & Assembly ONION | प्याज़ 2 MEDIUM SIZED. (CHOPPED) CAPSICUM | शिमला मिर्च 2 MEDIUM SIZED. (CHOPPED) SWEET CORN | स्वीट कॉर्न 1/3 CUP (BOILED) PROCESSED CHEESE | प्रोसेस्ड चीज़ 100 GRAMS (GRATED) GREEN CHUTNEY | हरी चटनी 2 TBSP CHAAT MASALA | चाट मसाला A LARGE PINCH SANDWICH BREAD SLICES | सैंडविच ब्रेड स्लाइस AS REQUIRED. OIL | तेल FOR FRYING Method: In a large bowl add gram flour along with the remaining dry ingredients of the batter & mix well. Further add water gradually while whisking the batter, do not add all the water at once, make a thick lump-free slurry first & then add the remaining water & make thin batter, to check the batter coat the backside of a spoon, a thin layer of the batter should form. Cover & let the batter rest until you make the chutney & filling. Add all the ingredients of the chutney into a mixer jar & grind it into a fine paste. To make the filling, add onion, capsicum & all the remaining ingredients into a bowl & mix well, the filling is ready. Set a kadhai with oil over medium high flame & let the oil heat up while you make the pakodas. Take a sandwich bread slice & apply a spoonful of filling & spread evenly, place the other bread slice on top & press it gently. Cut the bread diagonally into triangles & the pakodas are ready to be fried, prep & cut as required. Before frying, add a tablespoon of hot oil in the batter & mix well, then dip the bread into the batter & coat well on all sides. Deep fry the pakoras in hot oil on medium high heat until crisp & golden brown in colour.
